Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and distance from our base. All delivery charges will be confirmed prior to finalizing your booking.
Deliveries are scheduled within a 3-hour delivery window. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive items during the scheduled delivery window. This includes clear access for loading and unloading.
Failure to provide access or readiness within the delivery window may result in delays, additional fees, or rescheduling, subject to availability.
Local Delivery
Local delivery fees start at $15 and are subject to change based on the delivery location and distance. Final delivery costs will be confirmed prior to booking
Distance Delivery
Out-of-town delivery fees start at $25 and are subject to change based on the delivery location and distance. Final delivery costs will be confirmed prior to booking
Pickup Disclaimer
Pickup services are scheduled within a three (3) hour pickup window. The client is responsible for ensuring that all rented items are packed, accounted for, and readily accessible during the scheduled pickup window.
Failure to ensure readiness at the time of pickup may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling, subject to availability.
