Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to A&M Event Rental Paradise! Before you book with us, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience for everyone. By proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Reservations & payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No items will be delivered or released without full payment.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of payment.

  • If A&M Event Rental Paradise must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Delivery & pickup

  • Delivery and pickup fees are not included unless stated in your invoice.

  • Delivery price will vary based on location.

  • Client must ensure the delivery location is accessible and ready at the agreed time.

  • A&M Event Rental Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, traffic, or third-party vendors.

  • Items must be ready for pickup at the agreed time. Late pickups may incur additional fees.

Damage, loss & cleaning

  • Client assumes full responsibility for rented items from delivery until pickup.

  • Damages, stains, burns, wax, tears, missing items, or excessive dirt will result in repair or replacement charges.

  • Do not use tape, glue, pins, nails, candles (unless approved), or confetti on rental items.

  • Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.

Rental Period

  • Rental period is 48 hours unless otherwise stated on invoice.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Late returns may be charged additional daily rental fees.

Weather & Outdoor Events

  • Outdoor use is at the client’s risk.

  • Rentals must be protected from rain, wind, mud, heat, and moisture.

  • Weather-related damage will be billed to the client.

Liability

  • A&M Event Rental Paradise is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of rented items.

  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A&M Event Rental Paradise from all claims.

  • We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.

Agreement to Terms

  • Booking, payment, or accepting delivery of items constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
